The SYD-type filter press feed pump is a next-generation innovation developed by our company in collaboration with Jiangsu University of Technology. Building upon the SYA-type feed pump and incorporating user feedback from various industries, this pump represents a significant advancement in filtration equipment technology.
The series pump adopts axial suction and radial discharge design, which has the advantages of strong suction, smooth feeding, novel structure, sealing without leakage, and there are many sealing types to choose from (packing seal, single end face mechanical seal and double end face mechanical seal with water tank).
The pump has simple structure and easy to install and disassemble. Compared with SYA type pump, it has solved the problems of difficult installation and maintenance, easy air entering the seal, easy clogging of feed pump body because of no suction stroke, etc. It is widely used in the filter press feed of coal washing, smelting, aluminum factory, mineral processing and so on.
