Working Conditions

1.The temperature of transported medium:≤40℃.

2.The specific gravity of transported medium:≤1.2.

3.The PH value of transported medium:6~9.

4.The submerged depth of the pump:≤5m

5.Generally,the motor should be submerged to work,if not,cooling water must be added.

6.The pump working in sludge is prohibited.

Construction

Series ZQ submersible slurry pump consists of pump working part,motor and assorted seal.The hydraulicdesign is advanced and the wet end parts of pump are maufactured in anti-wear and anti-corrosive material.

Series ZQ pump has advantages as follows:wide flow passage,fine wearable capability,high efficiency,long life,and so on.

Series ZQ pump is provided with filter parts and mixing wheel.The consumers can select the stucture(withor without mixing wheel)according to the pump's working condition.

Series ZQ pump is matched with series Y motor that is well currency,so it is mainatined easliy.The pump working part is qualified on the motor shaft.Between the pump working part and the motor,there are seals,including oil seal ring seal of pump end and the mechanical seal of the motor end.It highly enhances the effect of seal to put each seal into an isolated oil room.On the other hand,pouring the transformer oil in two oil rooms,not only lurbricting the oil seal ring and the mechanical seal but also cooling these parts.
