The WN series dredging pumps are newly developed by our company based on the advanced technologies imported from abroad, specifically designed to meet the dredging, silt removal and reclamation needs of rivers, lakes and seas in China. The WN series are single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pumps, featuring light weight, wide flow passage, strong flow capacity, high wear resistance, strong suction capacity, excellent dredging performance and good marine structural integrity. They fully meet the requirements of dredging vessels for mud pumps.

The dredging pump system is mainly composed of the pump head, reduction gearbox, elastic coupling, marine transmission device and monitoring system.

The impeller, front guard plate and rear guard plate of the flow passage components of the mud pump are all made of high wear-resistant alloy cast iron, with a material hardness greater than 58HRC. The pump body is made of wear-resistant alloy steel with excellent anti-corrosion properties and pressure-bearing capacity.

The structure is simple, easy to disassemble and maintain, reducing the workload, which can reduce the personnel allocation and improve economic benefits.
