WN dredge pump is a new type of sludge pump researched & manufactured by our company, aiming at

dredging rivers and seas out of repair. WN pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever horizontal

centrifugal pump with advantages of light weight, good wear-resistance, super dredging performance,

perfectly suited for the dredge on the whole construction, and high multiple economy benefits, etc.

Our company used advanced hydraulic model, CAD 3D design, making sure it is high-efficiency,

energy-saving and durable in use. Large dredging depth, high density of dredging mud, good NPSH and

strong suction lift ability make this kind of pump can persistently discharge gravel, high plastic soil lump, etc.

The dredging pump system is mainly composed of the pump head, reduction gearbox, elastic coupling, marine transmission device and monitoring system.

The impeller, front guard plate and rear guard plate of the flow passage components of the mud pump are all made of high wear-resistant alloy cast iron, with a material hardness greater than 58HRC. The pump body is made of wear-resistant alloy steel with excellent anti-corrosion properties and pressure-bearing capacity.

The structure is simple, easy to disassemble and maintain, reducing the workload, which can reduce the personnel allocation and improve economic benefits.
